By accessing or using Plot Eval ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service assists with analysis and organization of property data: you may upload data, enrich it with GIS and third-party sources, view it on maps, and organize research. Plot Eval does not provide investment, legal, financial, or tax advice. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
Grades, scores, and signals are analytical indicators only. They are derived from available data and are for prioritization and workflow. You must independently verify all data and conclusions. The platform is not an advisor or broker. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
